About Me

My Story
At age 45, I attended the Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL) event, where I unexpectedly met the President & CEO of the Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW), a nonprofit organization. After a brief introduction, she immediately invited me to join their Leadership training program, the Asian Pacific American Women Leadership Institute (APAWLI). Before meeting the CAPAW CEO, I struggled to find my life purpose and lacked confidence. Despite my insecurities, my family and friends saw me as living the American dream: I had a college degree, a stable, well-paying corporate job, a happy marriage, and two amazing children. Yet, inside, I still felt something was missing.

The truth is, I lacked the confidence to live out my life purpose. I was afraid I wasn't good enough or smart enough to pursue something that truly resonated with me. So, I convinced myself that I should be content with what I had already achieved. This changed when I discovered my life purpose through the APAWLI program: “My life purpose is to choose happiness and health every day and share it with others so we might all live our best lives.” After discovering my life purpose, I wondered how to live it. Then, I found Jay Shetty's certification life coach program, and I knew it was my true calling.
“Follow you heart” my teacher told me. “When you heart is happy, everything falls into harmony and balance.” Enrolling in Jay Shetty Certification school was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It totally opened up my mind to different perspectives and taught me to see the silver lining in every situation, even the tough ones. Plus, it helped me tap into my true potential and feel complete within myself. Now, I’m equipped to use my skills to make a positive impact on other’s lives by giving you personalized support tailored to your dreams and goals.
As your Purpose and Confidence coach, I pride myself on being a good listener, fully attentive to your needs and goals. I genuinely enjoy uplifting others, guiding you towards success with positivity and encouragement every step of the way. Together, we will create a supportive and safe environment where you can thrive and achieve your aspirations.
Remember, Eleanor Roosevelt said “Life is what you make it.” It’s a personal journey and don’t forget to have some fun!
